The Illustrious Empire of the United Romans and the Commonwealth Territories is an historically powerful nation, rich in history and traditions. Following the overthrow of Roman Emperor Hadrian in 130 A.D., the head of the gens Serius rose to the position of Roman Emperor. His first order of business was the reorganization of the government to better suit his needs, the size of the Imperial Senate was doubled and citizenship was further limited to only those who have served the government, specifically veterans. These changes remain in place nearly 2000 years later.
